Comments
Comments: Lucked out and didn't get drizzled or rained on. Branches, etc, were pretty drippy, though, so wore rain jackets early. Very spotty ice--traction carried but not used. Windy on ridge and no views. We did not linger. On descent, clouds/fog lifted and swirled intermittently providing spectacular views of Bonds, Owls Head, Garfield and Twins. Thermometer got a high of about 55 degrees. One of us wore trail-runners. Hard to claim as winter!
