Left home at 3:45 trying to beat the rain. Started sprinkling on the way down from North and rained steady from the bottom of North out. The heavy rain waited for the ride home. Met a friend and joined their group of six for the day. Great group, great people. Literally had cramps from laughing. I bare booted most of the day but there were stretches where traction was safer. Both steeps had sketchy spots but were not bad overall. It seems like there is a reroute since the last time I was there without snow. The group properly welcomed in the winter season with refreshments....2/48ssw2015-16 |
