Spots in lot just below TH available all day. Slow drive over from Vt. this morning; tractor trailer over bank on I93 in Vt. area. |

All crossings done either through 1-2" of water or rock hopped on snow covered rocks. |

Many steps up higher were nice to have today as it would've been slick going down without. |

Only 2 seen today. Fine trail for dogs. Minimal water up higher in waterbars etc.. |

Very windy upon arrival; calmed down around noon. Barebooted up and micros from top to highest brook crossing on way down. Trail mostly packed, fresh snow (1-2") by 20-25 hikers. Few wet, slushy spots and a few soft icy spots. Will change with weeks forecast. 50-50 between hikers with/without traction. Lots of snow making all day; hopefully some will be around late week. |
