| Comments: |
Temperatures in 40s; does not get any easier this time of year. Jefferson Notch Road still not gated, but very icy, so not recommended for vehicles without studded snow tires or 4WD. Used microspikes up to the steeps with rock where switched to bare boots to summit; same on way down. Sunshine and no wind on summit, although melting rime feathers. Sweet to get this pm grid solo peak in December. |
