Parking/Access Road Notes: Spotted my car at Sabbaday Falls parking lot and I was the only one there all day.

Surface Conditions: Ice - Black, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Relatively low water on the multiple crossings on Sabbaday Falls trail. The rocks were extremely slippery.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A lot of trail work completed - many blowdowns have been cut and cleared. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw one party with a small golden retriever, Sadie, 9.5 years old and still going strong!

Comments: Put on microspikes about 2/3 of the way up Pine Bend Brook trail. In retrospect, we should have worn them sooner. Initially slow going due to the ice - the microspikes were a real game changer!
