Parking/Access Road Notes: We got the last spot in the lot then a couple of cars parked on the Kanc shoulder. 
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Slush

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Easy crossings but there was a little ice on the rocks in the morning. Almost got wet. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One broken log bridge and a couple that need replacement soon. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Sadie had a great hike. A little tricky at the chimney. People say there's a side trail but all I found was a slightly less steep rock section.

Comments: Definitely needed traction. The snow was packed down by the weekend foot traffic and there were several icy sections. Coming back down was very slippery. Great day overall. A base layer and light fleece most of the way.
