Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Tripoli Road was still open from the west (I93) side on this day. Dirt portion was completely snow covered on way in and looked to have seen plenty of traffic over the weekend making for some slick spots. On the way out, snow had melted on lower couple of miles of dirt. Would not want to drive this road with very worn tires in current conditions!

Comments
Comments: Trail has some tricky ice maneuvering. Traction highly recommended. We wore them for about half of the 8.4 miles. The Chimney held very little ice, but there was plenty on the steeps above. Beautiful day.
