| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
The 19 mile parking was full when we returned. It's a good idea to get there early for a parking spot. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Mud |
| Recommended Equipment: |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
Water crossings easily done. |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
All trail in good shape and free of obstacles except the lower section of the Carter Dome trail. It appears that a good deal of trail work has been done but a number of stepover blowdowns remain. None of the remaining blowdowns impede your progress. |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
There was just enough water here and there for Lauky to get a drink when needed. There are a few ledges on the Carter Moriah trail but I don't think most dogs will have any difficulty with them. |
| Bugs: |
There were no bugs at all today. |

| Comments: |
The walk from the 19 mile trailhead to Camp Dodge is very quickly done. When going in to camp Dodge, keep to the left when the road splits. Continue straight ahead through the parking area and continue on the now abandoned road. The trail behind the camp is not marked but very easy to follow. You will find yourself very quickly at the Imp trail. |
