Comments
Comments: Tough wet day on these always difficult wet trails. Arrived at summit in cloud and wind with temperature near freezing at 4:10 pm; got back to Wilderness boundary sign at about 6:00 pm, when switched on headlamp. Bottom 3 miles took 2 hours on way down in dark. Final October solo and second grid rounds, and another tick on pm grid. Lots of solo trips to Isolation, Owls Head, Bonds, and Cabot planed over next several months.
