	Trails:	Signal Ridge Trail

	Date of Hike:	Friday, October 23, 2015

	Parking/Access Road Notes:	There were 4 cars whenI arrived in the AM. I was one of 2 left in the PM.

	Surface Conditions:	Dry Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery

	Recommended Equipment:

	Water Crossing Notes:	the main water crossing was low and easily crossed with minimal wet boots.

	Trail Maintenance Notes:	This trail is in great shape. No new blow downs or erosion.

	Dog-Related Notes:	Lil' Nugget had the trails to herself and loved it. She got all the love from everyone too.

	Bugs:	Not today... Probably not tomorrow either. See you in the Spring.

	Lost and Found:	I packed out A LOT of trash... Some things I never want to see again (used frozen sanitary napkins). Pass the Purell!


	Comments:	Today, we hiked up to the tower and had a great day. The trail is easy down low with one water crossing. Watch the leaves as they cover the trail and all the loose rocks. I slipped a few times. Upper Signal Ridge is still a rocky mess of negotiation. Just look for the flat tops. The ridge was clouded in and the scrub has been rhimed. The summit was way to windy to allow me to go up to the top of the tower. Lil' Nugget enjoyed some free roam time too. All is all a great day.
