Water Crossing Notes: All water crossings easy - water levels very low, including the Flume Cascade Brook.

Trail Maintenance Notes: None. Trail well marked with blue blazes. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Not sure if dogs can make this hike or not, but I did see pass a couple heading up the trail as I was descending. Very steep ledges near the summit.

Comments: This trail was more than I bargained for. Had a tough go with the cone both up and down. Just started hiking this spring and Jackson was #17 for me. Probably the toughest go I've had yet and I've done the Presi Range with my son this summer.

I think I'd have had an easier time hiking Madison & Adams again today! Ah... on second thought, maybe not! :)
