I found a few bits of rubbish and an empty store-type water bottle that I packed out. |

The weather was as advertised: coolish, damp and a little wind. I was alone at the summit but only spent 20 minutes or so. I saw just three other hikers until I got close to the Zealand Hut on my way out. Despite the less than summer conditions this was a fun loop...and because of the less than summer conditions I had most of it to myself. |
