Four of us rebuilt 20+ cairns on Carriage Road that had been knocked down by vandals earlier this summer, some being very poorly rebuilt by well-meaning hikers; also yelled at several nitwits to get off the alpine vegetation near the summit, with all but two complying. |

Lots of dogs enjoying the fine weather with their humans. |

Large black flies (smaller than horse flies) above treeline were voracious. |

| Lost and Found: |
Picked up a bunch of trash, some of which was jammed into cairns. |

Great days to be above treeline, especially for the Flags on the 48 folks. |
