Water Crossing Notes: Water levels low; easily stepped over today.

Trail Maintenance Notes: 2 blowdowns about 5 minutes above the Mizpah Cutoff jct. on the Crawford Path.

Dog-Related Notes: The norm as of late; not a lot of water higher up.

Bugs: Few bites again; no repellant necessary.

Comments: Most of this loop was nice and dry. Some humidity dampened rocks mostly noted on Webster Cliff Tr. A 90 year old hiker was on his way up Crawford Path with 2 Boston Globe reporters in the early afternoon. Don't recall his name but the article should be coming up soon if anyone is interested.
