Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Almost not worth noting but a couple of Rock Hopping spots.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: For hikers doing this hike for the first time, could use blazes at changes in trail direction, like the stream crossing on Flume slide and the leaving the summit of Flume. A number of people had gone down to the left and back side of Flume before realizing that the trail continued along the ridge as the trail name suggests. Otherwise the trails were in good shape.

Comments
Comments: Great day for a hike, nice breeze at the top and even on the way up the Slide trail when you needed it most. First time doing these summits, they are both awesome. Although tough, we thoroughly enjoyed the Slide trail. I suspect that this is the driest that the Slide trail is going to be and if you have been hold off on this one, now is great time to hit it. One spot on the Slide has some seepage and a few others are polished and slippery but nothing unnerving.
