A few black flies, but generally minimal. |

Trails were mostly dry. Mowing continues on ski trails, but generally only on lower mountain thus far. Best walking continues to be on gravel access roads.
Fall foliage colors continue to slowly emerge, including some golden birch leaves in the higher elevations.
Hazy, hot day, but decent breeze. |
