Water Crossing Notes: Water crossings were easy.

Trail Maintenance Notes: The trails were for the most part in excellent condition. The Walden Trail from the intersection of East Loop to the summit was the only rough section with some erosion.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw 2 or 3. The Dicey's Mill Trail crosses the Wonalancet River after 2 miles, also a small brook on east loop, so a good amount of water.

Comments
Comments: Fun hike. If you are looking for views, I would suggest bagging the peak via the Walden trail which has two lookouts, one with excellent views of Mount Wonalancet, the other with views towards the Kanc. If you ascend the peak via the Dicey's Mill Trail, there is only one lookout. The trail is rough above East Loop on both the Walden and Dicey's Mill Trails, some erosion with wet rocks/roots, typical WMNF trail. Below East Loop, all trails were very easy.
