| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parking is along the side of Ravine Rd., preferably below the Ravine Lodge sign, or between the sign and the turnaround if necessary. I had to park above the sign, but there was plenty of room (weekday). |

| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail |

| Recommended Equipment: |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Bridges across most brooks, others are easily rock-hopped. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
All trails were in excellent condition. Most of the signs are old, plain wood but some are newer and bright orange. Hopefully the old ones are all being replaced. |

| Bugs: |
There were a few mosquitoes, but not bad enough to need repellent. |

| Comments: |
I have hiked parts of the Long Trail in VT and these trails were much easier. The grades are more gradual on Moosilauke and the trails are wider in most places, though quite rocky. Overall a very pleasant day was spent on the Moose. My only regret was that it was too hazy to see very far from the summit. |
