Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Dry River Trail was easy to navigate with few mistakes. The relo's have not set up yet and were slick mud (as to be expected). Lots of step-overs. Also expected (=wilderness) Great big red line, wonderful ascent to the hut!
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Kali bagged 571, 572 & 573 today, with an extra Monroe. She had no issues with the trails, there is a good scramble on Dry River but she has been through it all before. She enjoyed all the attention and kind words from fellow hikers today.
Bugs
Bugs: nothing that bothered us, no see-ums on Dry River but not an issue.

Comments
Comments: Great day out with Denise and Matt. Long approach to the hut but totally worth it. Gorgeous, rare views once we popped out.
