Saw very few. The hut was our destination, and dogs are not allowed in. But neither trail should be bad for them. Make sure you have water. |

Nice moderate climb to Galehead Hut. Good views from that area. Nice ascent to Galehead. Summit itself is viewless, but ledge right before has great views. Afternoon showers provided an interesting evening; saw a rainbow disappear and reappear above South Twin. Watched fog roll in through the valley, too. |
