There were 5 cars at the end of Bangor Rd. by the time we came down (3 to start). 5th was close to fire hydrant. Two more on the side of the road and two more in an "overflow" lot a bit up the road. |

As were all hikes yesterday, this was a perfect hiking day. Clear, dry air, nice temperatures (fall like), and a nice breeze. Really enjoy this trail. Views from Mt. Surprise offer an early treat. Blueberries not quite ready yet. Great day out with Karen. |
