Comments
Comments: We combined a bit of redlining and peak bagging today. Above treeline, mountain cranberry, mountain sandwort and Labrador tea in bloom (and others). Hiking was straight forward. To save trail mileage, we had planned to bushwhack from Mt. Davis back to the junction of the Rocky Branch Trail. The summit of Davis is a bit scrappy, so we retraced our steps north towards the low spot between Isolation and Davis and began our whack there. While the woods were not the worst we'd seen... we certainly did not find a "good line" nor a route that should be repeated :-) The whack took about an hour.
