Comments
Comments: The trail currently has an AMC trail crew working on much of the middle section. Water bars, steps, etc. to try to stem the erosion. When speaking to them they said they were there for 4 weeks and then a forest service group comes in for 7. Lots of work needed. Muddy sections on the top hopefully get dealt with as herd paths, and trail widening are prevelant. Took the "bushwhack", now a well set herd path to Middle peak. Someone has "blazed" the trail unfortunately with either an ax or a large knife. Seriously!
