Comments
Comments: Some sections of this route up Cardigan are perpetually muddy/wet even during a dry spell -- after the recent several dry days, they've just about dried out (amazing). Even the ledges were dry, another bonus. A beautiful morning up on top today, but very windy (30 mph sustained). NOTE: plenty of bog laurel in bloom on the West Ridge Trail just below the summit -- it's at peak right now.
