Generally in good shape with the exception of a ginormous tree across the trail by the first brook crossing. |

Almost none until I got into my truck back at the road. Got nibbled a few times driving down the Tripoli road. |

| Comments: |
The Tripoli road is much improved since the paving project last year. I hope the Waterville Valley end will get a facelift this year. Nice late afternoon hike to these 2 peaks. Met lots of folks on the way up but had both peaks and the trails to myself on the way down. Nice breeze kept the bugs away. |
