Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Several spots in lot at 2pm when I got there but there were cars along the road so i suspect it had been full earlier.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: Easy crossing at this time 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Most trails in great shape. some running water in trail below Zeta pass and on the North Carter trail. Large duck under on the Carter Dome trail but not an issue. Rocks were slick and caused some slips but no crashes.

Bugs: Hard to believe but none 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found an old wallet with several credit cards, car keys and a knife. Looks like it has been there more than a year. Trying to contact the owner named Cedric from Quebec.

Comments: Great day for this hike. Cool temps and good views. Met a guy that had started in Gorham 14 hours prior to meeting him going up Carter Dome about 5:30pm. I offered to give him a ride to Pinkham but he decided to go for it. I hope he made it.
