|Hiking Trail Conditions Report|
||Mt. Pierce, Mt. Eisenhower, NH|
||Crawford Path, Webster Cliff Trail, Eisenhower Loop, Edmands Path, Mt. Clinton Road|
|Date of Hike:
||Saturday, June 6, 2015|
|Parking/Access Road Notes:
||Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
|Water Crossing Notes:
||No issues |
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
||A blowdowns on both trails. Step overs and a walk under on Crawford, step overs and a duck under on Edmands |
||Tucker had a blast. Lots of nice cool mud to lay in. Did not see many pups considering the number of people. |
||No issues. Even during the warm sunny road walk. |
|Lost and Found:
||Windy, cold and socked in. Of course it cleared off 1/2 way down Edmands. Think I broke the record for most times being asked "How much further?", with a few "is this even worth it?" thrown in for good measure.|
Got the last spot in the lot at 8:15, and road was lined on return at 12:30. Edmands was overflowing as well.
Love/hate the walk down Clinton. Road is very rough so cars go very slow. Looks like the south side is tagged for logging.
