 | Comments: |
Up South; down North. Trails as dry as I've ever seen them. Few short stretches of minimal monorail near top of South Hancock side. Only about 20 feet where I could see one having problems and this section could easily be bare booted with care. Some patches of snow between summits mixed with a very dry trail. Down from North Hancock totally snow free. A few wet sections; most notably the one on Cedar Brook Tr. which you could walk through with feet staying fairly dry or walk on side of trail. Lots of nice hikers out today; nice destination with the wind forecast. |
