Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: No issues - lots of space to park!
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All very easy to cross via rock hopping and/or downed trees. The crossing to access Tom Wiggins is a bit tougher to rock hop through, but it's manageable. The crossing on the Dicey Mills trail is a breeze with a large tree to walk over.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There are lots of blowdowns on the Rollins Trail, and a few on the Tom Wiggins Trail, both nothing that is impassable or dangerous. There is a sign that's down (and on the floor) at the Walden Trail cutoff.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Great for pups, but I wouldn't recommend the Blueberry Ledges for any dog.
Bugs
Bugs: Oh boy were they out! Used bug spray which worked like a charm, but there were black flies, gnats and mosquitos a'plenty!
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing that we saw!

Comments
Comments: A beautiful loop hike that is pretty much completely dry. The monorail is gone, the ledges are completely dry, and the cairns are visible on both peaks. No traction is needed (but bug spray definitely is), and the toilets at the parking lot was really a nice treat! ;)
