| Comments: |
Started up on Gale River trail. No snow on trail to junction. Garfield Ridge and Frost Trails had minor patches easy to go around or thru.
Twinway is where the fun starts. Up S.Twin, patches of monorail and ice flows. Caution should be taken going down. More significant monorail on N. Twin spur and Twinway toward Guyot. Sometimes 2-3 ft. high. with lots of postholes. Slow going for this old guy. From Guyot to Zeacliff, monorail becomes less significant and disappears on Zeacliff ledges. Back to seasonal hiking from there on out to Zealand Road.
Great day out with Gary T. |
