Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All significant crossings bridged.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Quite a few blowdowns on the Carriage Road Trail below its junction with the Snapper Trail, but all were fairly easy to get around. No snow until about 4,300 feet, about a quarter-mile south of the Carriage Road Trail junction with Glencliff Trail and the South Peak Spur. That stretch was three feet deep in spots and there were some major postholes. Fortunately, the surface was just firm enough that I avoided adding to them. There was also some snow on the So. Peak Spur, but less of it and easily avoided or firm enough for support.

Comments
Comments: These Trails make an excellent loop, with great views from South Peak and a variety of cascades and attractive, uncrowded scenery on the balance - about 10 miles in all.
