Water Crossing Notes: Water crossings didn't give us an issue.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Some blowdowns along the trail, but we could get around them.

Dog-Related Notes: Lots of happy trail dogs out there today. 
Bugs
Bugs: I only got bit by one bug...at the end of the hike while changing at the trailhead. Figures. No ticks.

Comments
Comments: The trail is dry for the most part. There's only one short stretch of snow left (stable - we bare booted over it) near the summit. After you get across the snow there is a LOT of standing water on the trail. You can get around it by hugging the edge of the trail, but it was very deep.
