the second crossing took car, had to commit or eat shit. the third one was easier, took ski trails down to avoid this in the dark. |

Kali and Cole had a blast. Extra fun when we went down the ski trails, they were running everywhere. Still good snow up high to roll in! |

After work, Cinco de Mayo on Tecumseh! I used spikes because I had them, some post holing but I don't think snowshoes would have made it any better or worse, dealers choice. The ankle twisting in the snowshoes would probably promote a lot of cussing. It is par for the course right now. Pretty straightforward hike with a surprisingly beautiful sunset at the peak. Not as windy as suggested in the forecast at the summit but being there for five minutes cooled us right off! Great night out, thank you Alton and Steve! |
