Comments
Comments: Super variable conditions, monorail started about 1 mile into the Ethan Pond Trail, and turned unstable and posthole-y at the juntion with the Wiley Range Trail. Light Traction was useful after this point, Stretch from Mt. Wiley to Mt. Field, postholed a little, but snow was relatively stable. Traction was very necessary coming down as it was very slippery. Trail was very wet, had some pretty wet boots by the end of the day.
