Beautiful hike on Tecumseh today. Snow starts about half way up (before 2nd water crossing). Monorail slick for 1/4 mile, then okay the rest of the way up. Bare-booted the whole way, though spikes would have helped a bit. Sosman trail on the descent, then continued down Waterville Valley ski trails (great view all the way down). Mix of wet snow/slush with patches of dry ground on the trails. |
