The crossing after the stairs from eh cog is a mess with branches all tangled and making the crossing less direct. Cross with care up stream. All other's are bridged. Boundary path crossings are less obvious too. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
LOTS of blow downs on Jewel. Many obstructing the trail. Step around with care as snowshoes are still needed. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Isis had a fantastic day in spring conditions. It was tough for her inlaces as she got tired of sinking. She's AMAZING and I could not ask for a better trail partner. She got lots of love from skiers today too. Normally these trails are great for experienced dogs. |
|
| Bugs: |
Oh, they are back... Buzzing low and Isis was nipping at them. |
|
| Lost and Found: |
A pole and a bottle of Red Label... I packed them out to the parking area and trash. You're welcome. |

| Comments: |
Spring is here and the snow is rotten.... It's deteriorating fast folks for the amount we still have on the trails. Isis and I made the best of the spring conditions and really relied on snowshoes. Fantastic summit in shorts and a short sleeve shirt. Classic spring on Washington. |
