Comments
Comments: Amphibrach started our wet and clear of snow and eventually showed monorail and finally a packed trail. Someone rode a sled down Hincks, which made for easy snowshoeing. Above that, I was breaking trail in new snow. The caretaker at Gray Knob said I was the first he had seen in a week. Even above treeline, there was substantial snow that required snowshoes. The side hill coming off Edman's is tough--I recommend an ice ax. Route finding is hard because the carains are covered.

The winds were much less than forecasted and there were some good views to the north.
