Comments
Comments: Perfect day to be out in the sun. Take caution driving up the base rd as the frost heaves are huge. My car was air born on the way in this am. Then forgot all about them on the way out and hit my head off the roof. Yes they are that big!
A bit windy on Monroe but great veiws. Ate lunch on Washington and watched the snow cat drive up for the shift change then headed down the cog service road to the base staition passing dozens of skiers on their way up. I used my butt sled 2/3 of the way down as conditions were great for that. All in all was a great day on the rock pile. Great to see so many people out today including the 8 yr old girl from Greenville collecting peaks for her 48 list.
