Some had bridges but they were unstable on the way down. Others had rocks to hop on |

Baxter stayed on top of the snow mostly but when he got off trail he was sinking. He did a lot of stepping the postholes of the person who was on the trail last. |

Spring conditions. Around noon the snow got sticky. Cleaned off the shoes and sprayed them with Pam and that did the trick. Some great butt sliding. When heading up stay to the left of the trail and when heading down stay to the right. that was the firmest part of the snow. Still post holed occasionally even with the snowshoes |
