| Comments: |
Trail is great to the beginning of the real ascent. The wind was heavy that day and there is considerable drifting. We missed a turn in the trail, and bushwacked up to the ridge through knee and waist deep snow. On the way down we followed the trail and it was just as bad. Once you gain the ridge, the trail is pretty good up to North peak. Between the two peaks there are places that are tricky to follow, but the drifts are hard packed so it was pretty easy going. |
