Comments
Comments: Bob J and I wore snowshoes for the entire hike. Trails well packed in general, except for some minor drifting higher up. Some post holing encountered on our way down from the bare-boots gentleman behind us on the way up, and ahead of us on the way down, but not a serious problem. Such a nice hike, particularly the scenery along the Little River down low, the passage through the extended birch glade mid-way up, and the view of the Presis a bit before the peak. This hike finished my second go-around of the winter 48, and my first over-65 winter 48. It has been a very nice winter season of hiking for me, especially because of the wonderful hiking companions which I've had, and am thankful for. Happy Spring everyone!
