Comments
Comments: Winter conditions, cold, wind, and light snow off and on during the day dusting the ground. Rocks glazed with ice above 4000' in places. Wet slippery leaves in lower elevations. Boardwalks between Mizpah and Jackson glazed with ice and very slippery.
