Comments
Comments: Nice day out on this excellent loop. North Twin Trail in excellent shape with good footbed most of the way...large winter blowdowns in the col now cleared out. The rocky descent down South twin was mostly dry which made for good going. Most mud all day on the Frost Trail. Followed herdpath off the summit north back to the Garfield Ridge Trail..a little rough in spots. though mostly pretty open..after some discussion we went a bit to far east circling around a blowdown patch..western jag would have dropped us down closer to Gale River Trail. Gale River Trail in excellent shape with good footbed most of the way and easy crossings
