Comments
Comments: Basin bushwhack/herd path is clear as day broken out. I was the second person on trail this morning and enjoyed the peace and quiet :). I passed one other solo hiker on the way up and saw her again on my way back to Liberty. She was enjoying the peace and quiet too. Then on my way back down from Liberty I saw 47 people and 5 dogs. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and I'd say about 1/4 of them had snow shoes on, the rest bare booting or spiking. So, the trail was in great shape for me but may be a bit choppy after today. Great to run into Hiker Ed and Wolfgang again and nice to meet Guy and Steve! 7 left for my single season :)
