Comments: Awesome day to ascend via Bridal! Hiked with two friends and none of us had any issues with the cold. It wasn't bad at all above treeline with proper clothing. Face masks and efficient layers were required. I wore 20 dollar wind resistant mechanixwear gloves with heavy outdoor research liners the entire loop.

Saw roughly 12 people during the loop and mostly everyone was well prepared. There was one clown who wasn't wearing a face mask, his face didn't look very good as he sped past us.

We spent a while climbing Shining Rock which was a blast. We had two ice axes between the three of us so we each climbed up then threw the axes into a safe area for the others to retrieve them.

Overall it was an epic and memorable day - hike on!
