great day for fabulous 360 views all day; while clouds had obscured sun completely by 10am, clouds were so high that all Presi summits etc. were completely visible for entire day; also due to weather, orange sun glow remained all day--very pretty; carried snowshoes but never used them; not slippery with spikes; no wind whatsoever; made it comfortable even with low temperatures; trail overall in very good shape--easy walking; this was my morning hike--great way to start day |
