Comments
Comments: Ethan Pond Trail and Willey Range Trail now well broken out by our group of 8 (Field to Tom to Station already well broken out of course with all the traffic). We all wore snow shoes the entire hike. In retrospect, we definitely should have switched to crampons for the ladders (an injury producing slip and fall would have been a very serious condition, considering the distance back to the trailhead, the ruggedness of the trail and the 5F temperature).
