| Water Crossing Notes: |
All frozen with the exception of the one closest to the trail head which was rock hopped. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
In great shape. There is a widow-maker leaning across the trail about 15 feet above about 100 yards beyond the first significant water crossing. It's hanging up by the bark and will crash down at any time. Beware. |

Found a pair of glove liners. |

| Comments: |
Wore snowshoes from car to car. Train is in great shape, packed powder all the way with small drifting beyond the "view" sign. Significant drifting on the ridge beyond Sosman trail to the summit. Trail to South viewing area still not broken out and too cold for us to go out there. |
