Comments
Comments: road to last residence is plowed, after that, snowshoes all day..down low aggravating crust with a few inches of granular underneath; after brook crossing more powder and more enjoyable snowshoeing..Waldon Trail had a couple of larger blowdowns intertwined so you had to crawl, step over and through...2 strong hikers did Whiteface so Rollins has a track, met two others coming up then down Dicey, so 8 snowshoe tracks on Dicey..may not matter, pretty powdery and windy may obscure...wind chill not bad, views not that good!!
