Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Our dog, Bella, is a good hiker and climber. We were the most concerned about how she would handle the cold, so we had bundled her up with a waterproof sweater, and backpack w/a harness. Most of this hike was well protected (not a lot of exposure). She had some difficulty in steep spots with icy conditions. We were able to hoist her up those spots using her harness.

Comments
Comments: Fun hike:) Although it was cold, it was pretty well protected in most areas. It snowed during most of our ascent, leaving a nice powder, covering most of the ice. The summits are not obvious, so we were not sure of where the peaks were. Our first winter peak bagging. Beautiful day and beautiful hike!
